Financial Services

Michael Kostelec, CPA

President

Mike is the former chief financial officer of Sears Dental, and is very familiar with the demands of a growing business.  During his ten years as CFO, Sears Dental grew dramatically, expanding from an entrepreneurial stage business to one of the largest dental practices in the U.S.  In the eleven years since Mike left Sears Dental to start Bridgestreet Financial Services, he has been the acting CFO, or provided CFO services to several dozen companies in a wide variety of industries.  Mike has a high level of expertise in the areas of finance, cash management, financial planning, business process re-engineering, project management and system implementations.  Prior to Sears Dental, Mike worked in the corporate audit divisions of Coopers & Lybrand and Arthur Andersen.

William Jackson, II

CFO/Controller Services

 Bill is the former CFO of a publicly traded healthcare management company as well as a number of privately held businesses.  He has also held numerous controllership positions.  Bill has Big Four public accounting experience and spent 14 years in the audit department of Coopers & Lybrand.  Bill has a well rounded skill set with substantial experience in all areas of accounting and finance.  Bill holds a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School.

Gayle Patterson

Organizational Development

As the founder of two award-winning corporate universities in major international corporations, Gayle's experience has included a multitude of industries in her twenty plus years of experience.  Serving in executive-level positions, she is a proven leader with versatility in directing corporate teams in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Manufacturing Operations, Employee Communications and Quality.  She earned a BA in International Relations/Asian Studies from the University of Toledo, with graduate studies in Psychology.

Gayle is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the International Society for Performance Improvement, the American Society for Training & Development, the American Management Association, and the Cleveland Women's Executive Group.

 

Susie Rolland

Training / Curriculum Architecture

Susie has over fifteen years of experience as an organizational development executive and former product development engineer.  She has a high level of expertise in Organizational Development, Instructional Design and Project Management.  She has worked in a variety of different industries spanning R&D, manufacturing, scientific, engineering and distribution.  She holds a BS in Chemistry from John Carroll University and an MS in Inorganic Chemistry from Purdue University. 

Susie is a member of the American Society for Training & Development and a former member of the American Chemical Society, Electrochemical Society and the Society of Women Engineers.
