The Team   The team at Bridgestreet is composed of seasoned professionals.  Each member, on average, has approximately twenty years experience in their respective specialty.  This extensive experience, which cuts across many different industries, allows us to bring a high level of expertise to your business.  Expertise that will help you achieve your potential.       Financial Services Michael Kostelec, CPA President Mike is the former chief financial officer of Sears Dental, and is very familiar with the demands of a growing business.  During his ten years as CFO, Sears Dental grew dramatically, expanding from an entrepreneurial stage business to one of the largest dental practices in the U.S.  In the fifteen years since Mike left Sears Dental to start Bridgestreet Financial Services, he has been the acting CFO, or provided CFO level services to several dozen companies in a wide variety of industries.  Mike has a high level of expertise in the areas of finance, cash management, financial planning, business process re-engineering, project management and system implementations.  Prior to Sears Dental, Mike worked in the corporate audit divisions of Coopers & Lybrand and Arthur Andersen. William Jackson, II CFO/Controller Services  Bill is the former CFO of a publicly traded healthcare management company as well as a number of privately held businesses.  He has also held numerous controllership positions.  Bill has Big Four public accounting experience and spent 14 years in the audit department of Coopers & Lybrand.  Bill has a well rounded skill set with substantial experience in all areas of accounting and finance.  Bill holds a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School. Staffing and Recruiting Ray Camma Raider Search Ray Camma is president of Raider Search, LLC.  He is a 20 year Northeast Ohio account & finance recruiting veteran.  In 2016 he founded Raider Search.  For the previous 18 years he was a partner in eSearch.  He is a Northeast Ohio native and is active in FEI (Financial Executives International) and IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors) as well as with many other professional organizations.  Ray has a Masters of Education degree and is a graduate of Mount Union and John Carroll universities. Dental Practice Management Andy McBryde Integrity RCM Andy is co-founder of Integrity RCM.  He has held executive positions at numerous multi-location health care practices.  He has been Vice President of Operations for the Center for Vein Restoration, Chief Operating Officer for North American Dental Group and Vice President of Revenue Cycle for Dental One Partners.  He has expertise in operational platforms for the delivery of outpatient healthcare services, a high level of insight into the financial implications that impact organizational value and understands the needs of high growth companies.  Andy has a bachelor's degree in business management from Walsh University.
